Shipping Information


Please allow 24 hours for processing. Items not in stock will be placed on backorder and processed as they become available. While a hold my be placed on your account to verify funds while your order is being processed, payments are not withdrawn from your credit card account account until your merchandise is available, and your order is processed.

Shipping and Handling

Your order will be shipped via UPS.  Once your order is processed, your tracking information will be emailed directly from UPS.In the event of a backordered item, there will not be additional shipping charges.

Shipping rates:
› UPS Ground - $6.99.
› UPS 2nd Day - $12.99.
› UPS Next Day Air - $26.99.

Within metro Atlanta, UPS Ground typically delivers within 2 days.  Keep that in mind before paying additional shipping charges!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

A return or exchange can be requested for up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered. 

*Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

We apologize if you have received a damaged or defective item and will gladly resolve this issue as soon as possible.  Please note:All damaged/defective merchandise, incorrect items, or size exchanges must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date.


Please follow the instructions below to receive a refund or replacement item:

  1. Contact us and advise us of your request by submitting our Email Us form.
  2. Be sure to select "Returns" and then choose an option from the Category drop down menu.
  3. Please provide us with detailed information on how the item was damaged or defective.
  4. Indicate if you would prefer a refund or a replacement item.
  5. Once your email is received we will issue you an electronic UPS return label via email.
  6. Please include a copy of your original packing list with your shipment.
  7. If you prefer a refund, the refund will be processed upon receipt of the merchandise.

GIFT CARDS

Our gift cards are offered through KSU University Stores.  Their gift cards can be used on Shop.KSUOwls.com, the University Stores websites, or at the University Stores locations on the Kennesaw and Marietta campuses.

To order your gift card CLICK HERE to go to the University Stores website.  Once you have selected the value for your card, you can check out using the same login information you use for ShopKSUOwls.com.

You can choose to pick up your gift card at the Kennesaw campus store location or request that it be shipped to you.
